A: No, any size is possible. We are happy to give you a quote for the size of your choice.

Q: Why are your paintings more expensive than some I have seen on the internet?
A: Quality makes the difference. Only total focus on Van Gogh's work leads to museum quality. Above, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Q: Can I order paintings other than shown in your gallery?
A: Yes, we do need a high quality poster from you though. Pictures from the internet will not do the job to get the excellent level we stand for. We respect copyright laws (50 years after the artist's death in America, 70 years in Europe).

Q: What are your delivery times?
A: Delivery is usually within 8 weeks after payment. To guard quality, we will never rush when business gets hectic.

Q: Can we visit VanGoghStudio in Amsterdam?
A: We are setting up a gallery near the Van Gogh Museum at this moment. Please subscribe to our free newsletter for updates. Our artists work from their own studios to create their preferred ambiance to paint.

Q: Is credit card payment safe?
A: Yes, we use highly secure order processing. None of your personal information will be sold or made available to anyone else. Your credit card details will only be known by the Credit Card company.

Q: Do I have a money back guarantee?
A: If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you may return your painting within 7 days of receipt and we will refund you 100% of the total amount less shipping and handling. You must let us know the reason for return before returning the painting. You will have to pay for return shipping, and all goods must be returned to us by UPS in perfect condition, in its original packaging.

Q: Are there any extra costs?
A: Shipping is included in our prices. There may be customs duties depending on your country and state.
