Pink Peach Tree in Bloom framed Van Gogh reproduction, hand-painted in oil on canvas

As an homage to Van Gogh and Mauve this beautiful bright little art work needed a very special frame. And that’s exactly what this first half 19th century Italian frame is. It was discovered in an abbey and we we lucky to buy it at an auction.

The hand-carved wood carvings have stunning details. It is gilded with 24kt gold leaf and considering its age it is in very good condition with minor signs of ageing.
