- No, we send the paintings rolled in a hard plastic tube for maximum protection. To ship frames would also be very expensive and there is more chance of damage. We do have a selection of small paintings with antique frames.

- Can we visit Van Gogh Studio in Amsterdam?
- We don't have a gallery at the moment. But you are welcome at Bistrot Neuf at Haarlemmerstraat 9 in Amsterdam for a Van Gogh Menu lunch. During lunch, hand-painted replicas by Van Gogh Studio hang on the walls around you.

Coming Through In Waves
Van Gogh took three canvases to Saintes-Maries. Over there he painted one with a view of the village, and two of the sea, with numerous fishing boats in the frame. One of these paintings was was painted rather hastily.However, in the end, this one ended up becoming the favourite souvenir of Van Gogh’s first trip to the Mediterranean. Soon after, he created three more versions of this study for Emile Bernard, Theo Van Gogh, and John Russell.

Driving from Germany to our vacationhouse in Zeeland, we stopped in Zundert, birthplace of van Gogh. We we were fascinated by his lifestory and find out he also paints views of the sea.
