- Do the paintings come framed?
- No, we send the paintings rolled in a hard plastic tube for maximum protection. To ship frames would also be very expensive and there is more chance of damage. We do have a selection of small paintings with antique frames.

- Can we visit Van Gogh Studio in Amsterdam?
- We don't have a gallery at the moment. But you are welcome at Bistrot Neuf at Haarlemmerstraat 9 in Amsterdam for a Van Gogh Menu lunch. During lunch, hand-painted replicas by Van Gogh Studio hang on the walls around you.

Van Gogh Studio is located in Amsterdam, near the Van Gogh museum where we can study the original works. Our paintings are all painted in oil on canvas by mainly Dutch artists who have studied Van Gogh's technique, including brushstrokes, color mixing, atmosphere and the rhythm of painting.Real or fake?
The painting was shown to experts at the Van Gogh Museum in the 1990s, but they declared it wasn't a real Van Gogh painting because it wasn't signed. However, in 2011, the museum did a two-year investigation using better techniques to see if it might actually be real. They looked at things like van Gogh's painting technique and his painting materials, and found that it was painted in the same way that Van Gogh did during that time.Van Gogh mentioned Sunset at Montmajour in a letter!
They also found a letter from Van Gogh where he talked about painting a landscape that sounded like the one in the painting, which helped prove that it was a real Van Gogh painting.You may also like to read:
